I couldn't find a dedicated plan. The religion and state plan includes a conversion track for immigrants.7 The English hi-tech page says they'd "encourage mass immigration."29 Yesh Atid's list mentions working with world Jewry against antisemitism.32 I couldn't find anything on absorption benefits.

The goal is one million new immigrants in about a decade and another million by 2048, plus an emergency plan to stop Israelis from leaving.2 They'd create a "hybrid residency" status for people who want to move gradually, settle tax and National Insurance debts to encourage Israelis abroad to return, and set up a one-stop absorption office that starts working with families before they land.1112 Degree recognition would get fixed deadlines.12
