The environment plan calls for a binding climate law with its own budget, a waste law, and ending routine use of the old coal units at the Orot Rabin power station.15 It would speed moving petrochemical plants out of Haifa Bay.15 It also proposes a law creating metropolitan transport authorities, with weekend public transport where local authorities choose it.15

They'd complete a high-speed rail network linking the periphery to the center and speed up metro and light rail projects.7 The agriculture and northern plans support solar panels over farmland and local micro-grids for emergencies.1413 I couldn't find an environment or climate plan, and I couldn't find the transportation plan that the young adults plan refers to.16
