The health plan would build dozens of community health centers within five years, for minor surgery, imaging and specialists, starting in the periphery.14 It would set up a desk to bring back Israeli doctors working abroad, double investment in preventive medicine, and have leading hospitals open branches in the north and south.14

I couldn't find a general health plan. Health shows up inside other plans: an emergency medical center in Kiryat Shmona13, more geriatric beds and a study of mandatory long-term care insurance for everyone15, and a national rehabilitation authority for post-trauma, a minister responsible for rehabilitation, and follow-up care for every discharged soldier who needs it.1016
