Haredi Public says every Haredi man who isn't studying Torah full time should be required to serve, and that full-time yeshiva students should be protected from arrest. [S6](#source-s6) [S7](#source-s7)

## Who is Haredi Public?

Haredi Public, ballot letters zayin and khaf, is a new Haredi party led by Moti Leitner, the deputy mayor of Beit Shemesh. [S1](#source-s1) [S2](#source-s2) [S16](#source-s16) It's a single party, registered in July 2026 under the legal name "For My Brothers, the Party of All Israel." [S3](#source-s3) [S14](#source-s14) [S22](#source-s22)

## What has Haredi Public published?

The platform lives on their website, hatzibur-haharedi.org. [S5](#source-s5) There's no PDF. It's eight chapters, each with a short summary and a numbered list headed "what we will do." [S5](#source-s5)

There's also an About page, a leader page, an English version of the site, and campaign videos that the party reposts on its own news page. [S14](#source-s14) [S16](#source-s16) [S17](#source-s17) [S18](#source-s18) The platform is written for the Haredi public specifically, and that shapes which topics it covers. [S4](#source-s4) [S14](#source-s14)

## What does Haredi Public say about security and foreign policy?

I couldn't find a published position on Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, the Palestinians, or relations with the US. The one security-related item sits in the service chapter: they want to promote Haredi communities and Haredi hesder yeshivas in what they call "the eastern border areas," combining housing, service, and jobs. [S7](#source-s7) The page doesn't say which areas that means.

## What does Haredi Public say about accountability for October 7?

On a commission of inquiry or accountability. October 7 comes up once on their About page, as part of their explanation for why the party was founded, I found nothing published. [S14](#source-s14)

## What does Haredi Public say about the economy and the cost of living?

Their economic chapter is about Haredi employment, and they call it "livelihood with dignity." [S10](#source-s10) The concrete items: employment zones and career guidance centers inside Haredi population centers, and dedicated budgets for high-tech and other high-earning training tracks, adapted to Haredi life, with separate frameworks for men and women. [S10](#source-s10) A voucher program would fully fund graduates of Haredi schools to close knowledge gaps and attend preparatory programs, at no cost to the student. [S10](#source-s10) They want incentives for employers who hire Haredi workers, and a plan to raise Haredi representation in the civil service, including Haredi members on hiring committees. [S10](#source-s10) The homepage summary uses the term affirmative action for the civil service. [S4](#source-s4) In an August campaign video they said they would replace what they called "the politics of poverty." [S19](#source-s19) I didn't find anything on national taxes, prices, or the state budget.

## What does Haredi Public say about housing?

The housing chapter proposes a national Haredi housing plan that would increase construction starts fivefold. [S11](#source-s11) New Haredi cities and neighborhoods would have to come with commerce, jobs, schools, health services, green space, and public transportation. [S11](#source-s11) They say they oppose detached Haredi housing projects in the periphery and want Haredi neighborhoods integrated into cities across the country. [S11](#source-s11)

## What does Haredi Public say about religion and state?

This is the center of the platform, so I'll go through it carefully.

The first chapter, on the Torah world, says anyone who in practice devotes his life to Torah study should be able to learn "without threat of arrest." [S6](#source-s6) They call this status "Torah is his occupation," and they say it's an uncompromising condition for any cooperation with the government on the issue. [S6](#source-s6)

The second part of the same chapter says every Haredi man whose Torah is not his occupation "will be obligated to serve." [S6](#source-s6) The service chapter spells out how. [S7](#source-s7) Service tracks would be fully adapted to Haredi life, under the principle "enter Haredi, leave Haredi," with rabbis accompanying each track. [S7](#source-s7) They'd give government support to Haredi hesder yeshivas, and they'd create mandatory service tracks in the Shin Bet, the Mossad, and the police, plus national and civilian service in emergency groups like ZAKA and United Hatzalah. [S7](#source-s7) They'd expand the directorate that supports Haredi soldiers and set up a body to support Haredi reservist families. [S7](#source-s7)

On funding yeshivas, the platform states a longer-term goal: raise Haredi earning power so that yeshivas and kollels can be funded by private supporters, on the traditional Issachar and Zebulun model, "without relying on the table of others." [S6](#source-s6)

I couldn't find published positions on Shabbat, marriage, or conversion.

## What does Haredi Public say about the judiciary and governance?

I couldn't find a published position on the courts, judicial appointments, the attorney general, or the electoral system. Their "public mission" page says every Haredi voter has the right to choose a party without outside pressure. [S15](#source-s15)

## What does Haredi Public say about education?

The education chapter says they'll guard the independence of Haredi education, and at the same time give a major boost to the state-Haredi school stream. [S8](#source-s8) They say Haredi children need English and math, more professional teachers, and safe buildings. [S8](#source-s8) They'd end the use of temporary classroom structures through a national plan for standard school buildings, with budgets allocated by transparent criteria. [S8](#source-s8) In a September campaign video they pledged to fight for "billions" for a five-year plan so every Haredi child can learn math and English. [S18](#source-s18)

Two more chapters touch schools. On admissions, they'd give budget priority to state-Haredi schools that admit students by objective criteria, and they'd cut government and municipal funding immediately for schools that use discriminatory admissions criteria. [S12](#source-s12) State-Haredi principals who discriminate could be suspended. [S12](#source-s12)

On dropout, which they call "a living wound," there's a fourteen-item plan. [S9](#source-s9) It includes mandatory reporting of open and "hidden" dropout in every institution, including small yeshivas, with sanctions for institutions that don't report. [S9](#source-s9) It also includes vocational training for at-risk youth from age fourteen, and access to matriculation and external exams without being enrolled in a particular school. [S9](#source-s9)

## What does Haredi Public say about health?

I couldn't find a published position on health.

## What does Haredi Public say about social welfare, pensions and the elderly?

I couldn't find anything on pensions or the elderly. The dropout chapter includes addiction prevention and stronger welfare and parenting support in Haredi and mixed towns, with budgets tied to carrying out the programs. [S9](#source-s9)

## What does Haredi Public say about Arab citizens and minorities?

I couldn't find a published position on Arab citizens. Their discrimination chapter is about admissions to Haredi schools. It says students should be judged without regard to ethnic origin, social status, or connections, and that the current screening hurts Mizrahi and Ashkenazi families, families of returnees to religion, and working families. [S12](#source-s12)

## What does Haredi Public say about immigration, absorption and the diaspora?

The aliyah chapter proposes a national plan for Haredi immigrants that "doesn't end at landing at Ben Gurion." [S13](#source-s13) It lists simpler aliyah bureaucracy, recognition of professional credentials from abroad, absorption programs inside Haredi communities, multi-year support, and more help for young immigrants and lone soldiers. [S13](#source-s13) They say they'd push for a large increase in aliyah budgets. [S13](#source-s13) The site also has an English version of the platform. [S17](#source-s17)

## What does Haredi Public say about the environment, energy and transportation?

I couldn't find a position on the environment or energy. Transportation comes up only as public transit for new Haredi neighborhoods. [S11](#source-s11)

## What Haredi Public puts front and center

The homepage leads with two things: protecting full-time Torah learners, and meaningful service for Haredim who don't study. [S4](#source-s4) After that, it's jobs, core subjects in schools, and giving a voice to Haredi communities they say have no representation now, like immigrants, returnees to religion, and working Haredim. [S4](#source-s4) [S14](#source-s14)

## What Haredi Public hasn't published

Haredi Public hasn't published positions on security and foreign policy beyond the border communities item, October 7 accountability, the courts, health, pensions, Arab citizens, or the environment. Their platform covers eight topics, all focused on the Haredi public.
